The center’s 30,000 square feet of exhibit space can accommodate up to 100 trade show booths. Book your next gala event in The Grand Ballroom, which seats up to 1,100 people. Board rooms are also available for breakout sessions.

General Information for Meetings & Gatherings

The hotel reserves the right to move your function to a different room if necessary to accommodate the number of people involved in the event.
A $50 labor charge will be applied to all events with 25 or fewer guaranteed guests.
A $100/hour labor charge may be applied to any event running past its allotted time.
We will be prepared to serve 5% over the guaranteed number of guests.
Taxes include an 20% gratuity charge and applicable tax on food and beverage selections.
In addition to the charges mentioned here, any applicable federal, state, municipal or other taxes may apply.
If you cancel the event or the contract, or if the hotel cancels the event or the contract because you violated the agreement, the hotel will be entitled to any liquidated damages.
Prices quoted in the contract are subject to change to meet unforeseen cost increases for commodities, labor and taxes. In the event of cost increases, the hotel may make reasonable substitutions in menu items.
