From client meetings and trade show to parties and Wisconsin Dells weddings, our Convention Center and Wisconsin group accommodations are perfect for almost any occasion. Our Grand Ballroom seats up to 1,100 people, while smaller rooms offer great meeting capabilities. Ho-Chunk is a Wisconsin meeting hotel capable of creating the right venue for your event.

Our catering professionals assist with menu planning and set a delicious and elegant presentation that’s sure to impress. We offer state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, including built-in screens and multi-projectors, for a nominal fee. We’ll also be happy to arrange for any other AV requirements you may have.

Guest Responsibilities

Any displays, decorations or signage must be approved by the hotel prior to an event.
All food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages) consumed at the hotel or during an event must be purchased through the hotel. Special items, such as wedding cakes, are the only exception. These must be approved by the catering office in advance.
Final menu selection and setup requirements must be made at least two weeks prior to your function.
You must provide the catering office with a final guaranteed guest count for food and beverage functions no later than 1 week (5 business days) before the event.
You must pay the hotel a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost of your event upon signing the contract.
Unless credit has been established in advance, payment of the entire contract price must be made in cash or by certified/bank check at least three (3) days prior to the event. If the full payment is not received, the hotel may terminate the contract and retain all or part of your deposit. If the hotel incurs expenses in collecting any amounts due, you must pay those expenses, according to the contract.
