This year Ho-Chunk Gaming Nekoosa and Ho-Chunk Black River Falls had the opportunity to be a co-presenting Sponsor the Rich Seubert’s Celebrity Trap Shoot. This was an honor we were glad to take on as this would be the third year the casinos have been involved with this event. The event took place on Saturday April 16, 2016 at the Eau Claire Rod and Gun Club. Rich Seubert, who played in the NFL for the New York Giants, started this event eight years ago to raise money for cardiac research in the name of his grandma, Celina Seubert. Rich invites his former teammates to join the trap shoot for a first class day of fun and a great cause. This year the trap shoot, silent and live auction and several different raffles raised over $162, 000 towards cardiac research. Since the start of this event there has been a total of $1.5 million raised for cardiac research. This was a wonderful and fun event to be a part of and Ho-Chunk Gaming Nekoosa is looking forward to sponsoring again next year!
